Erik has been the sports nut in the family. While Football and Baseball have been prominant in his life, he has also made time for musical interests, lately, as can be seen further down the page.

Erik's first year playing Baseball...2002 Rangers T-Ball. His passion for the game is already evident!

Erik's 1st year playing football was with the Eastlake Wolves Rookies Team in 2003. He played Right Tackle on Offense, Middle Linebacker on Defense, and also handled kick-offs and punts. The Wolves went all the way to the Semi-Final game before succumbing to the eventual Champions, Woodinville. Great year, Erik!

Christmas 2003. The family took a trip to Disneyland on Christmas Day, returning home on New Years Day. Here's Erik, along with his brother Allen, having some fun with Donald Duck.

Erik and Mom on the tram to Disneyland, 2003.

It's not all sports! Here's Erik singing in the 3rd grade concert. You can find him in the middle of the back row, in the red & grey shirt

In 2004, Erik played on the Diamondbacks AAA Little League team. He played 3rd base and pitched.

During the Summer of 2004 Erik played on the Eastlake Raptors Tournament Team, once again playing 3rd base as well as pitching quite well.

2004 Summer Vacation. Erik (in the blue Nike hat) riding the rapids at Silverwood Park in Idaho.

2004 Wolves, after a tough game.

2005 Yankees. Here's Erik, once again pitching hard. He's becoming known as a pretty good pitcher!

2005 All Stars. Erik was voted to the 9-10 year old Little League All Star team, where he pitched and played 1st base. After winning the District 9 Tournament in Issaquah they went on to finish 2nd in the State Little League Tournament! This was a very special group of boys, coaches, and families. Erik is standing, 3rd from the left.

Erik pitching in the State Tournament in Chehalis.

2005 Eastlake Wolves Sophomores. Erik (#58) taking a bead on the opposing ballcarrier. This year he played primarily on the Offensive Line (Right Tackle) and on Special Teams. Once again the Wolves made it into the playoffs, only to succumb to the eventual League Champions in a cold game that entered the fourth quarter tied 0-0.

A little recreation while camping at Beachwood. Erik playing catch (with a football).

2007 - Erik's final year of Little League...

The budding guitarist. Here marks the beginning of Erik's obsession with the guitar. Camping at Crystal Springs, 2007.

2008 - Redmond Select Gold 13U Sandy Koufax. Erik showed he could compete at the next level of baseball beyond Little League.

2009 Eastlake Elite. Erik pitched for the 14U Koufax team. Once again he was a key contributor on the mound, at first base, and at the plate.

Time out for fun while on our annual summer camping trip. July, 2009. Here, Erik powers around the track at the Family Fun Center in Blaine, WA.

Now getting more serious about the guitar. This is one of his many guitars, both acoustic and electric. Erik and his friend Andrew have been composing and playing for a while, now.
